Alto Rendimiento en Barcelona is a football academy with more than 40 years of experience developing elite players in the home city of intelligent football. Every intensive course combines technical, tactical and physical training with psychological and nutritional preparation, at top-level facilities and with coaches who have professional experience.
Programmes are grouped by age so every player progresses at their own pace, with a neuroscience-based approach focused on technique, tactics and decision making. There are groups for outfield players and goalkeepers, girls-only courses, and terms in summer, spring and autumn/winter.

Programmes adapt to all levels, from beginners to players aiming to compete professionally. Before starting, a personalised assessment places each student in the group that best matches their profile.
Are the courses open to international players?
Yes. Every course brings together footballers from different countries, with staff working in Spanish and English and 24 h supervised boarding for those coming from outside Barcelona.
How much does it cost?

What does a typical day look like?
